 Buyers will make you an offer for a certain product, quantity and price.

 You must confirm and accept the offer or decline if don't want to or are not able to sell.

 The offer will include an invoice and a "trade partner agreement" which contains all of the terms under which the transaction will take place such as payment, shipping and claims policies.

 When the buyer agrees and confirms these terms for the order you may accept it, ship it and receive payment.
